摘 要:我国临床常用的姜黄属药用植物包括姜黄、郁金、莪术,3种药用植物虽同出一物,但其炮制方法、性味归经、功效、所含化学成分及药理作用各有差异,故其临床应用及配伍亦有所差异。但临床上常混用,文章就姜黄属不同药用植物的炮制方法、性味归经、功效、化学成分、药理作用及临床运用特点进行梳理,以期为临床用药提供参考,以发挥药物的最大功效。The medicinal curcuma plants commonly used in China include turmeric,curcuma aromatic and curcuma zedoary.Although the three medicinal plants come from the same species,the processing methods,nature and flavour,channel tropism,efficacy,chemical composition and pharmacological effects are different.Therefore,their clinical application and compatibility are also different.However,they are often mixed up in clinical practice.This paper reviews the processing methods,nature and flavour,channel tropism,efficacy,chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical application characteristics of different medicinal plants,in order to provide reference for clinical use of drugs to maximize the efficacy of drugs.
