中医心与阳明胃病症关系的历史演变

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》基于阳明-南方-离卦-心-脉之关联的模式推演,以及临床经验的检验与筛选,首先阐述了心与阳明胃病症相关的理论,历经《伤寒论》《肘后备急方》等历代医家的传承与发挥,而成为中医学重要的诊疗理论与方法之一。现代有关肠与脑、心血管系统关系的研究,与中医学心与阳明胃病症相关的理论暗合,不仅为其提供了新的实验证据,也为中医药通过调理胃肠功能治疗精神、神经以及心血管系统等疾病的理论基础研究提供了新的思路。The development of science can sometimes present a normal unexpected coincidence,Huangdi Neijing based on the association model of Yangming-south-Ligua-heart-pulse,as well as the clinical experience in inspection and selection,first elaborated the heart and Yangming disease relationship theory,through the Shanghan Lun and Zhouhou Beiji Fang and so on,the heart and Yangming disease relationship theory has become one of the important theory and method of diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicine.The modern research on the relationship between the intestine and the brain and the cardiovascular system is consistent with the theories related to the heart and Yangming stomach diseases in Chinese medicine,which not only provides new experimental evidence,but also provides new ideas for the theoretical research on the treatment of mental,nervous and cardiovascular diseases by TCM through regulating gastrointestinal functions.
