中国蒙医整骨术骨折复位概念探析

摘　　要：中国蒙医整骨术具有自然、绿色、无创伤特色,建立其骨折复位概念模式及其理念、特征。立足于其蕴含“天人合一”(含“身心合一”)生命自然观,借助生理心理、骨伤生物力学原理及方法探索。中国蒙医整骨术骨折复位以自我复位术与自然复位术为一体,实施骨折闭合复位。这里蕴含着基于人体“天人合一”(含“身心合一”)生命自然观的骨折自我与自然、封闭与开放、本能与功能,即“能动复位”理念、手法。因而具有骨折复位生理平衡、心理稳定、作用力与反作用力统一、静态与动态平衡特征。中国蒙医整骨术骨折复位理念及其特征是它传继与沿用至今的根本支撑点,更是当今骨折复位概念人性化、行为化、功能化发展方向,传承与弘扬意义重大。To establish the conceptual model of fracture reduction and its concept and characteristics,which is characterized by nature,green and non-trauma in Chinese Mongolian medicine osteopathy.Based on its concept of‘unity of man and nature’(including‘unity of body and mind’),this paper explored the principles and methods of physiology,psychology and biomechanics of bone injury.Self-reduction and natural reduction were used to reduce fractures in Chinese Mongolian medicine.Here contains the fracture ego and nature,closed and open,instinct and function based on the‘unity of nature and man’(including‘unity of body and mind’)view of life,namely‘dynamic reduction’concept and technique.Therefore,it has the characteristics of physiological balance,psychological stability,unity of action and reaction,static and dynamic balance.The concept of osteopathic fracture reduction in Mongolian medicine and its characteristics are the fundamental supporting points for its inheritance and use up to now,and the development direction of the concept of humanized,behavioral and functional fracture reduction is also the trend.It is of great significance to pass on and carry forward.
