摘　　要：目的:观察松郁阴虚方治疗围绝经期失眠症(PI)肾虚肝郁证的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将116例PI患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各58例。对照组给予艾司唑仑,治疗组在对照组基础上加用松郁阴虚方,两组均治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PS QI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、中医症状体征评分、SF-36生活质量调查问卷和血清性激素水平,观察安全性及不良反应发生情况。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后PSQI、SDS、SAS、中医症状体征、生活质量等评分以及血清E2水平显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而血清FSH、LH水平两组治疗前后及治疗后两组比较差异均无统计学意义。两组治疗均具有较好安全性,均未见明显不良反应。结论:松郁阴虚方治疗PI肾虚肝郁证可改善临床症状,提高睡眠质量,减轻抑郁和焦虑状态,提升生活质量,具有较好的临床疗效和安全性,值得进一步推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Songyu Yinxu Decoction in the interference of treating perimenopausal insomnia(PI)patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome(KDLSS).Methods:A total of 116 PI patients with KDLSS were randomly assigned into the treatment and control group,58 cases in each group.The control group was given estazolam.Songyu Yinxu Decoction was additionally administered to the treatement group.The treatment course was 4 weeks for two groups.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and signs scores,Health-related quality of life questionnaire(SF-36)and serum hormone levels were compared before and after treatment to determine the clinical efficacy,with adverse reactions recorded.Results:Compared with before treatment,the scores of PSQI,SDS,SAS,TCM syndromes and signs,the physical and psychological categories of quality of life and the serum level of estradiol(E2)were improved in two groups after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH).Both groups had good safety,no obvious adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:Songyu Yinxu Decoction can improve clinical symptoms,promote sleep quality,alleviate depression and anxiety status and perfect quality of life,which has a good clinical effect and safety in treating PI with KDLSS and should be recommended.
