糖肾平治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糖肾平治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者临床疗效。方法:收集糖尿病肾病Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者(气阴两虚、瘀血阻络型)30例,予糖肾平治疗12个月,观察治疗前后中医证候积分及血清肌酐、血尿素氮、24h尿蛋白定量、血糖(空腹及餐后2h)、糖化血红蛋白、终点事件、不良反应并予以分析,评估其肾功能及临床改善情况。结果:30例患者治疗12个月后中医证候积分、血肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿蛋白定量、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),总有效率93.33%,且无不良反应和终点事件发生。结论:糖肾平可明显改善糖尿病肾病Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者(气阴两虚、瘀血阻络型)的肾功能,降低血糖水平,缓解临床症状,延缓糖尿病肾病进程。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tangshenping in the treatment of patients with stageⅢ~Ⅳdiabetic nephropathy.Methods:Thirty patients with stageⅢ~Ⅳdiabetic nephropathy(syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin,syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)were treated with Tangshenping for 12 months.TCM syndrome scores,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24-hour urine protein blood glucose(fasting and 2 hours after meal),glycosylated hemoglobin,end point events and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed and analyzed to evaluate the renal function and clinical improvement.Results:After treatment for 12 months,30 patients’TCM syndrome scores,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,24-hour urine protein quantitation,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were improved(P<0.05).Total effective rate was 93.33%.No adverse reactions and endpoint events occurred.Conclusion:Tangshenping treatment of patients with stageⅢ~Ⅳdiabetic nephropathy(syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin,syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)can significantly improve renal function,lower blood sugar levels,relieve clinical symptoms,and delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
