督脉温针灸结合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨督脉温针灸结合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕的疗效。方法:将丹阳市中医院2017年1月至2018年5月82例肾阳虚型PCOS所致不孕患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组41例,所有患者均于月经第5天起开始治疗,对照组采取口服克罗米芬治疗,观察组采用督脉温针灸结合克罗米芬治疗。比较两组患者B超检查结果、排卵数、妊娠率、早期流产率、性激素水平、临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组双侧卵巢体积及卵泡数量较对照组降低更为显著(P<0.05);观察组排卵数、妊娠率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组月经周期显著短于对照组(P<0.05),但两组早期流产率差异无统计学意义;观察组性激素水平改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:督脉温针灸结合克罗米芬对肾阳虚型PCOS所致不孕患者的疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Governor vessel warming needle moxibustion combined with clomiphene in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 82 cases of infertility caused by PCOS and kidney yang deficiency in Danyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,41 cases each group.All patients started treatment on the 5th day of menstruation,and the control group was given oral clomiphene treatment.The observation group was treated with Governor vessel acupuncture combined with clomiphene citrate.The results of B-ultrasound,ovulation,pregnancy rate,early abortion rate,sex hormone level and clinical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,ovarian volume and follicle number in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation number and pregnancy rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Menstrual cycle in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in premature delivery rate between the two groups;The improvement of sex hormone level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Governor vessel acupuncture combined with clomiphene citrate is effective in the treatment of infertility caused by kidney-yang deficiency type PCOS,and it is worthy of clinical application.
