中医药治疗2019冠状病毒病疗效思考

摘　　要：笔者采用中医药治疗治愈3例2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)患者,分别辨为气虚寒湿证、湿热蕴脾证、湿热蕴肺证,依次选用参苏饮、藿朴夏苓汤、杏仁汤合葛根芩连汤随症加减。3例患者初期均表现为表里同病、脾肺同病的特点,但证之寒热虚实、表里上下着重部位不同,加之体质差异产生不同变证,笔者三因制宜,遵循“同病异治”“治未病”思想,结合病程辨证施治。患者入院服药后症状明显改善,5~10d即痊愈出院,随访至今新型冠状病毒核酸检测未复阳。现分析与总结治疗经验,为COVID-19的中医药治疗以及科研提供参考。Three patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)were cured by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),who were in qi deficiency and cold dampness syndrome,damp-heat retention in spleen syndrome,and damp-heat retention in lung syndrome,and treated with Shensu Decoction,Huopo Xialing Decoction and Xingren Decoction combined with Gegen Qinlian Decoction,respectively.At the initial stage,all the 3 patients showed the characteristics of the disease involving both exterior and interior and the disease involving both spleen and lung,but the deficiency and excess of cold and heat,the emphasis on the upper and lower parts of the syndrome were different,and the physical differences produced different syndromes,so the authors acted accoriding to three causes by following the idea of‘different treatments for the same disease’and‘preventive treatment of disease’,and syndrome differentiation combined with the course of disease.The symptoms of the patients were significantly improved after admission and medication,and they were cured and discharged from the hospital within 5 to 10 days.Novel coronavirus nucleic acid test has not recovered positive since the follow-up.This paper analyzed and summarized the treatment experience so as to provide references for treatment and scientific research on COVID-19.
