眼络区域性变化与肝胆经循行路线压痛点分布的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察眼络区域性变化与肝胆经循行路线压痛点的分布规律,为临床提供诊疗依据。方法:以眼诊150例肝、胆区眼络异常者为研究对象,以肝、胆经体表循行线路为主要诊察循按部位,自上而下,由浅入深,先左后右,循序渐进探查经脉循行路线上的压痛点。确定压痛点的分布规律和疼痛量化评分。结果:压痛点大多出现于肝、胆经循行线路上的腧穴所在处,150例患者共找到27个压痛点,出现频率较高的压痛点依次为阳陵泉、曲泉、风池、完骨、头窍阴、肩井、蠡沟、阴包等,辄筋、章门、渊腋、期门、蠡沟、风池、曲泉、日月等压痛最明显。结论:肝、胆区眼络区域性变化后,肝胆经循行路线上能找到相对应的压痛点,且与腧穴密切相关。Objective:To observe the regional changes of ophthalmic collaterals and the distribution rule of tenderness points along the routes of the liver and gallbladder meridians,soastoprovide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:A total of 150 patients with abnormal ophthalmic collaterals in liver and gallbladder areas were studied.Focus on the routes of liver and gallbladder meridians on the body surface as main examination part to explore the tenderness points along the meridian routes step by step by pressing from top to bottom,shallow to deep and left to right.On the basis of the above steps,the distribution rule and NRS of tenderness points were determined.Results:The tenderness points appeared mostly along the acupoints of liver and gallbladder meridian routes.Among the 150 patients,27 tenderness points were found with the highest occurrence rate in tenderness points such as Yanglingquan(G34),Ququan(LR8),Fengchi(G20),Wangu(G12),Touqiaoyin(G11),Jianjing(G21),Ligou(LR5)and Yinbao(LR9).In addition,acupoints like Zhejin(G23),Zhangmen(LR13),Yuanye(G22),Qimen(LR14),Ligou(LR5),Fengchi(G20),Ququan(LR8),Riyue(G24)had the strongest tenderness.Conclusion:The corresponding tenderness points can be found in the circulation route of the hepatobiliary channel after the regional changes of the ophthalmic collaterals in the hepatobiliary region,which are closely related to the acupoints.
