摘　　要：[目的]构建基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类(ICF)框架的神经康复科病人护理分级评估项目并检验其信效度。[方法]在文献查阅、参考文件,结合临床护理实践及课题组讨论的基础上拟定神经康复科病人护理分级评估项目。通过专家咨询、实证调适项目内容并检验项目信效度。[结果]经专家咨询和信效度检验分析形成包含5个维度、17个项目的评估内容。专家咨询法检验显示各项目内容效度为0.80~1.00,问卷总体内容效度为0.87。探索性因子分析提取得到5个特征值>1的共同因子,分别命名为躯体功能损伤、康复实施效能、促进的康复因素、心理情绪和社会支持,各项目载荷量为0.524~0.873,累积解释变异量的61.482%。整体评估内容Cronbach'sα系数为0.822。[结论]基于ICF框架的神经康复科病人护理分级评估项目具有良好信效度,有利于为神经康复科病人护理等别划分提供适切的评估框架。Objective:To build items of nursing grading evaluation of neurorehabilitation patients based on international classification of function disability and health framework(ICF)and test its reliability and validity.Methods:On basis of literature review,reference documents,combined with clinical nursing practice and discussion by research group,items of nursing grading evaluation of neurorehabilitation patients was prepared.Delphi method and empirical study were used to adjust content and test reliability and validity of nursing grading evaluation of neurorehabilitation patients based on ICF framework.Results:After Delphi method and reliability and validity test analysis,assessment contents with 5 dimensions and 17 items were formed.Delphi method showed that content validity of each item was 0.80~1.00,and overall content validity of the questionnaire was 0.87.Exploratory factor analysis extracted five common factors with eigenvalues>1,which named as physical function impairment,rehabilitation performance,promoted rehabilitation factors,psychological emotions and social support.Load of each item of nursing grading evaluation of neurorehabilitation patients was 0.524~0.873,cumulative explanatory variation amount was 61.482%,and overall evaluation content Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.822.Conclusions:Items of nursing grading evaluation of neurorehabilitation patients based on ICF has good reliability and validity,which is conducive to providing a suitable evaluation framework for neurological rehabilitation department patient care classification.
