国外最佳肠造口临床实践指南健康教育推荐意见的分析研究

摘　　要：[目的]提取、整合并分析国外肠造口临床实践指南健康教育推荐意见。[方法]检索并评价国外肠造口专科护理临床实践指南,提取、整合A级指南中的健康教育推荐意见,邀请专家对健康教育推荐意见合理性进行评价,并对整合后的健康教育推荐意见进行内容分析。[结果]共纳入5篇质量为A级的国外肠造口专科护理临床实践指南,提取70条推荐意见,纳入66条健康教育相关推荐意见,整合33条健康教育推荐意见。[结论]国外肠造口病人健康教育方面涉及内容较为全面,证据质量等级较高,对我国肠造口病人的健康教育实践具有一定参考价值。Objective:To extract,integrate and analyze health education recommendations of clinical practice guidelines for enterostomy abroad.Methods:Clinical practice guidelines for enterostomy abroad were searched and evaluated.And health education recommendations in A⁃level guidelines were extracted and integrated.Experts were invited to evaluate the rationality of the health education recommendations and analyze the content of the integrated health education recommendations.Results:A total of 5 enterostomy clinical practice guidelines were included.Those guidelines were prepared by foreign researchers and quality level were A.Then,70 recommendations were extracted,66 health education recommendations were included,33 health education recommendations were integrated.Conclusions:Content of health education for patients with enterostomy in foreign countries is relatively comprehensive,and the quality of evidence is relatively higher.Those recommendations have certain reference value for the practice of health education for patients with enterostomy in China.
