摘  要:[目的]探讨治疗性童趣游戏对突发性耳聋学龄前患儿心理应激反应及听力恢复的影响。[方法]选取2017年1月—2018年12月南阳市某三级甲等医院收治的108例学龄前突发性耳聋患儿作为研究对象,按照收治时间将其分为试验组54例(60耳)和对照组54例(62耳)。对照组在药物治疗的同时给予常规护理措施;试验组在药物治疗的同时给予治疗性童趣游戏干预,共实施2周。比较两组干预前后焦虑、孤独程度、听力功能以及干预后护理满意度。[结果]干预后,两组患儿Spence儿童焦虑量表、孤独评估量表各维度得分及总分均下降,且试验组评分低于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,两组患儿纯音气导听阈值水平和听力功能缺损分贝数下降,且试验组低于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,试验组患儿家属护理满意度各维度及总分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。[结论]在药物治疗的同时给予治疗性童趣游戏干预可有效缓解突发性耳聋的学龄前患儿焦虑、孤独等不良心理应激反应,提高患儿检查、治疗依从性,促进患儿听力功能恢复,增加患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。Objective:To explore effect of therapeutic childlike play on psychological stress response and hearing recovery of preschool children with sudden deafness.Methods:A total of 108 preschool children with sudden deafness admitted to a third grade A hospital in Nanyang from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.According to time of admission,preschool children were divided into 54 cases(60 ears)in experimental group and 54 cases(62 ears)in control group.The patients in control group were given conventional nursing measures while being treated with drugs.The patients in experimental group were given therapeutic childlike play intervention while being treated with drugs for 2 weeks.Anxiety,loneliness,hearing function before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction after intervention were compared between two groups.Results:After intervention,scores for each dimension and total scores of Spence Children's Anxiety Scale and Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist decreased in both groups,and the scores in experimental group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).After intervention,children's pure tone air conduction threshold level and decibel number of hearing impairment decreased in both groups,and the level and decibel number in experimental group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).After intervention,scores for each dimension and total scores of nursing satisfaction of family members in experimental group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:The therapeutic childlike play intervention while be treated with drugs can effectively alleviate adverse psychological stress reactions such as anxiety and loneliness in preschool children with sudden deafness.It is also helpful for improving compliance of examination and treatment,promoting recovery of hearing function in children,and increasing nursing satisfaction of family members of children.
