摘 要:脾脏是家禽重要的免疫器官。本研究选取70日龄纯系公母鸡各150只,利用重测序技术获取基因组高密度SNP信息,通过全基因组关联分析(genome-wide association study, GWAS)挖掘影响解析青脚麻鸡配套系父本纯系(L系)脾脏重和脾脏率的相关候选基因。研究发现,脾脏重和脾脏率的遗传力分别为0.28和0.32,脾脏率较脾脏重有更大的变异。基于单变量混合线性模型,利用质控后的7 882 695个高质量位点进行全基因组关联分析,发现7和9个SNP位点分别与脾脏重和脾脏率显著相关,位于1、2、4、10和26号染色体。对显著SNP位点进行注释,共筛选到MTMR2、CEP57、IL16和LGR6等11个可能与脾脏发育有关的候选基因。The spleen is an important immune organ in poultry. In this study, 150 70-day-old purebred Partridge shank cocks and the same number of hens were selected, in order to analyze the spleen weight and spleen proportion of the paternal pure line(the L line) of the mating line of the chickens to identify the relevant candidate genes. It was found that the heritability of the spleen weight and spleen rates was 0.28 and 0.32, respectively, and the spleen proportion had a larger coefficient of variation than the spleen weight. Based on a univariate mixed linear model, using 7 882 695 high-quality loci after quality control for genome-wide association analysis, it was found that 7 and 9 SNP loci were significantly related to the spleen weight and the spleen proportion,, located at chromosomes of No. 1, 2, 4, 10 and 26. The significant SNP loci annotated and the 11 candidate genes, such as MTMR2, CEP57, IL16, and LGR6, selected might be related to spleen development.
