摘 要:为深入了解内蒙古白绒山羊甲烷排放现状,进一步研究白绒山羊瘤胃微生物的多样性。试验采用实时荧光定量法,分别测定不同类型白绒山羊在春(5月)、夏(8月)、秋(10月)、冬(2月)4个季节中瘤胃微生物的数量,以期探明季节变化、品种类型对绒山羊瘤胃甲烷产生及相关微生物的影响。结果表明:在春季,内蒙古绒山羊甲烷(CH4)产生量最高,冬季最低。从类型看,阿拉善型绒山羊平均瘤胃甲烷菌和原虫数最高,但瘤胃纤维分解菌最低;阿尔巴斯型瘤胃纤维分解菌最高。在春、秋季,绒山羊瘤胃甲烷菌数量较高;冬季最低。春、夏季原虫数量较高,冬季最低。春季纤维分解菌数量与甲烷菌数量相反,表现为春、秋较低,冬季最高。由此可见,季节、品种类型的不同导致了内蒙古白绒山羊瘤胃微生物数量和产甲烷量不同。This study was aimed to further understand the status of methane emissions from Inner Mongolian White Cashmere goats and to study the diversity of microorganisms in the rumen of the White Cashmere goats. Microorganisms of different types in the rumen of the goats in spring(May), summer(August), autumn(October) and winter(February) were measured by RT-qPCR to determine the effects of seasonal changes and breed variety on methane production and related microorganisms in the rumen of the goats. The results showed that in spring, the Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats had the highest methane(CH4) production and the lowest in winter. As for the breed variety, the average number of methanogens and protozoa in the rumen of Alashan Cashmere goats were the highest, but the ruminal fiber decomposition bacteria were the lowest;and the basal fiber decomposition bacteria of Arbas was the highest. In spring and autumn, the number of methanogens in rumen was higher, but the lowest in winter. The number of protozoa in spring and summer were higher and the lowest in winter, respectively. The number of fiber-decomposing bacteria in spring was opposite to that of methanogens, which was lower in spring and autumn but the highest in winter. In Conclusion, differences in season and breed variety led to different microbial numbers and methanogenesis in the rumen of Inner Mongolian White Cashmere goats.
