摘 要:本研究旨在探讨α、硫辛酸(α-LA)对镉(Cd)暴露蛋鸡肝脏脂肪沉积、氧化应激和元素稳态的保护效应。将360只42周龄京粉2号商品代蛋鸡随机分为4组,分别为对照组、α-硫辛酸组、镉组和镉与α-硫辛酸共处理组,镉组在饲料中添加CdCl2100 mg/kg,共处理组在镉暴露的基础上同时用添加硫辛酸400 mg/kg,8周后测定血清生化指标、肝脏脂质过氧化指标、微量元素含量,观察肝脏解剖学及病理学变化。结果表明,α-LA能显著恢复镉暴露引起的蛋鸡肝脏超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量;降低镉暴露引起的丙二醛(MDA)含量的升高、血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性升高及甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量升高。α-LA降低了镉暴露引起的蛋鸡肝脏脂肪沉积,减少了肝脏镉蓄积和铁的积累。以上结果显示,α-LA对镉暴露引起的蛋鸡肝脏脂肪变性及损伤具有一定的保护效应。The purpose of this study was to investigate the protective effects of α-Lipoic acid on liver fat deposits, oxidative stress and element homeostasis. 360 42-week-old Beijing Pink 2 laying hens were divided into 4 groups randomly: the control group, the alpha LA-treated group, the Cd-treated group, and the Cd and alpha LA co-treated group. The Cd-treated group was exposed to CdCl2(100 mg/kg) in feed, and and the Cd and alpha LA co-treated group to alpha LA(400 mg/kg) besides CdCl2. Eight weeks later, the biochemical indexes in the serum of the subjects, the peroxidation index in their liver lipid, the contents of trace elements in their liver were measured, and changes in liver anatomy and pathology of the hens were also observed. The results showed that alpha LA effectively restored the SOD and GSH-Px activities and the GSH content in the liver of the laying hen exposed to cadmium, and the acid reduced the increase in MDA caused by cadmium exposure. The activity of AST and ALT in the serum of the hens increased, and the contents of TG and LDL increased, too. Alpha LA reduced the accumulation of cadmium and iron in the liver of the laying hens. These results indicated that alpha LA had a protective effect on steatosis in and injury of the liver of cadmiumexposed laying hens.
