摘　　要：目的:观察养血润肤汤合生肌珍滑散治疗激素依赖性皮炎慢性期的临床疗效。方法:将120例激素依赖性皮炎慢性期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组采用养血润肤汤合生肌珍滑散治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗,疗程均为2个月。比较2组综合疗效及主要症状积分,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.67%(58/60),对照组为85.00%(51/60),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗1、2个月后主要症状积分治疗组与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);2组均无明显不良反应。结论:养血润肤汤合生肌珍滑散对激素依赖性皮炎慢性期有较好的疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yangxue Runfu decoction combined with Shengji Zhenhua powder in the treatment of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis in chronic stage.Methods:A total of 120 patients with corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis in chronic stage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Yangxue Runfu decoction combined with Shengji Zhenhua powder,and those in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 2 months for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of overall response and scores of major symptoms,and adverse events were also evaluated.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[96.67%(58/60)vs85.00%(51/60),P<0.01].There were also significant differences in the scores of major symptoms between the two groups after 1 and 2 months of treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).No obvious adverse events were observed.Conclusion:Yangxue Runfu decoction combined with Shengji Zhenhua powder has a good clinical effect in the treatment of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis in chronic stage.
