摘 要:旨在探究红薯秧替代全株玉米青贮对奶公牛育肥性能、养分表观消化率、血液指标、屠宰性能、肉品质和经济效益的影响。选择平均体重(503.19±11.83)kg奶公牛30头,随机分成2组进行对比试验,每组15头。对照组粗饲料为全株玉米青贮,试验组粗饲料为50%全株玉米青贮+50%红薯秧,2组精饲料和其他饲养条件保持一致。结果:1)2组平均日增重和料重比无显著差异(P>0.05),对照组干物质采食量显著高于试验组(P<0.05);2)试验组酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其余指标差异不显著(P>0.05);3)血液指标组间差异未达显著水平(P>0.05);4)2组间屠宰性能和常规肉品质无显著差异(P>0.05),但是对照组失水率和蒸煮损失分别比试验组高出9.87%、2.11%;5)对照组背最长肌C18:1n9c含量显著高于试验组(P<0.05),试验组比对照组极显著增加了C18:2n6c含量3.49倍(P<0.01);6)试验组比对照组每头牛每天增收1.57元。综上得出,在奶公牛育肥中使用红薯秧替代50%全株玉米青贮是可行的,不仅对平均日增重和屠宰性能无影响,还增加了奶公牛背最长肌中多不饱和脂肪酸和C18:2n6c的含量,且降低了饲料成本,增加了经济效益。This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of sweet potato vine replacing 50%whole corn silage on the fattening performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,blood index,slaughter traits,meat quality and economic benefits of dairy bulls.Thirty dairy bulls with an average weight of 503.19(±11.83)kg were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 15 bulls in each group for comparative test.The control group was fed with whole corn silage,and the treatment group was fed with 50%whole corn silage+50%sweet potato vine;the concentrate and other feeding conditions of the two groups were consistent.The results were as follows:1)There was no significant difference in average daily gain(ADG)and feed-weight ratio between the two groups(P>0.05),and the control group had a significantly higher dry matter intake than the treatment group(P<0.05);2)The apparent digestibility of acid detergent fibers(ADF)of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the other indicators(P>0.05);3)There was no significant difference in blood parameters between the two groups(P>0.05);4)There was no significant difference in slaughter traits and meat quality between the two groups(P>0.05),but the water loss rate and cooking loss in the control group were9.87%and 2.11%higher than those of the treatment group;5)The C18:1 n9 c content in the longissimus dorsi muscle of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group(P<0.05),and the C18:2 n6 c level of the treatment group significantly increased by 3.49 times as compared with the control group(P<0.01);6)The daily income of the treatment group was 1.57 yuan more than that of the control group.In summary,it is feasible to use sweet potato vine to replace 50%whole corn silage in diet for fattening dairy bulls.This replacement did not affect the ADG and slaughter performance of the dairy bulls,but increased the contents of PUFA and C18:2 n6 c in the longissimus dorsi muscle of the
