摘 要:为了探讨玉米不同加工处理方式对新疆双峰驼产奶量及乳品质的影响,选用健康、胎次、泌乳期、产奶量和生理状况基本相近的9岁泌乳骆驼30峰,采用单因子试验设计随机分为3个组,分别饲喂磨碎(对照组)、粉碎(试验Ⅰ组)及膨化压片玉米(试验Ⅱ组)日粮,每组10峰骆驼,每个重复1峰骆驼。每隔2 d记录产奶量,每隔5 d采乳样并测定乳成分含量。结果:试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组骆驼在0~30 d、31~60 d,0~60 d时日产奶量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),乳蛋白、乳糖和非脂含量与对照组相比显著升高,但0~30 d及0~60 d时乳脂率与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05)。试验表明,采用膨化压片玉米和粉碎玉米饲喂双峰骆驼可提高双峰驼的产奶量,以及乳蛋白、非脂和乳糖含量,其中膨化压片处理的效果更好。In this study,309-year-old lactating healthy camels with similar parity,lactation,milk production and physiological status were selected to determine the effect of corn processed with different methods on the production and composition of camel milk.The camels were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=10)using a single-factor design,and were fed with ground(the Control Group),pulverized(GroupⅠ),and puffed(GroupⅡ)corn,respectively.Milk production was recorded every 2 days to measure the yield,and milk samples were collected every 5 days to determine the compositon.The results showed that the daily milk yields of the camels at 0-30 d,31-60 d,and 0-60 d in GroupsⅠandⅡwere significantly higher than those of the Control Group(P<0.05).The milk protein,lactose and non-lipid content of the two-humped camels in GroupsⅠandⅡwere significantly higher than those of the Control group at 0-30 d,31-60 d,and 0-60 d.However,at 0-30 d and 0-60 d,the milk fat rate of the two groups was significantly lower(P<0.05).In conclusion,feeding the two-humped camels with puffed tableted corn and pulverized corn both increased the yield of,and protein,non-fat solid and lactose in camel milk,and the puffed tableted corn had relatively better effect.
