摘  要:雌雄鉴别是现代养鸡生产中的重要技术,在商品蛋鸡生产、肉鸡生产和鸡纯系及配套系育种中扮演重要角色。目前常用的鸡雌雄鉴别有翻肛鉴定和快慢羽自别雌雄两类,其中快慢羽自别雌雄由于鉴别速度快、准确度高,对雏鸡损伤小被广泛应用。本文就快慢羽自别雌雄的研究现状、表型分析和鸡伴性K基因结构分析,阐述分子鉴定自别雌雄的方法,为相关研究和养鸡生产实践提供参考资料。Identification of males and females is an important technology in modern chicken breeding industry.It plays a significant role in the production of laying hens,broilers and the pure-line chickens,and in establishing complete set lines.At present,there are two methods commonly used to identify male and female chickens which are called nasal identification and early and late feather identification.The method of early and late feather identification is more widely used because of its rapid identification and high accuracy.In this paper,the research status,gene characteristics,genotype analysis and chicken K sex-linked gene structure analysis of early and late feather identification are reviewed,and a molecular identification method is proposed to provide reference materials for related research on and practice in chicken production.
