摘  要:总结了近二十年来芳香腈的主要制备方法,其中甲基芳烃氨氧化法可一步合成芳香腈,是工业上制备芳香腈最为经济、简便的方法,而此法生产芳香腈的关键是开发与底物相适应的催化剂;随后从催化剂载体、活性组分和助剂等方面介绍了甲基芳烃氨氧化催化剂,指出了催化剂结构与性能之间存在密切关系;并简要评述了氨氧化反应条件和氨氧化反应器对催化性能的影响;最后指出高效催化剂的开发和氨氧化反应理论研究是今后的重点发展方向.In this paper,the main preparation methods of aromatic nitriles in recent twenty years were summarized.Among these,synthesis of aromatic nitriles by ammoxidation of methylaromatics in one step was the most economical and convenient industrial process.The key for such process is to develop a catalyst with active components compatible with the substrate.As such,various aspects such as catalyst support,active components and promoters were presented,and a close relationship between the structures and catalytic performances of the catalysts was indentified.The effects of ammoxidation reaction conditions and ammoxidation reactors on catalytic performances were also briefly reviewed.Finally,it was pointed out that the development of high-efficiency catalysts and the theoretical study of ammoxidation reaction were the key directions in the future.
