摘　　要：目的了解国内针灸治疗不孕症的研究现状和趋势。方法以知网(CNKI)的核心数据库为数据源,检索收录的针灸治疗不孕症相关文献,检索时间限定为从建库至2019年9月1日,对文献的作者、国家和地区、关键词进行统计分析,再利用CiteSpace软件对关键词、引文情况等进行可视化网络绘制分析。结果历年来与针灸治疗不孕的相关文献共677篇,广州中医药大学、成都中医药大学发文量最多,作者以姜朵生、田丽颖、张迎春发文量最多,但整体缺乏跨省合作研究。国内研究热点主要集中在多囊卵巢综合征、排卵障碍、子宫内膜容受性。结论近年来我国针灸治疗不孕症研究的发展速度较快,但以临床研究为主,基础研究仍有待进一步提高。Objective To understand the research status and trend of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating infertility in China.Methods With the core database of CNKI as the data source,literatures related to acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of infertility were retrieved.The retrieval time was limited to from the database establishment to September 1,2019.Statistical analysis was conducted on the authors,countries and regions,and keywords of the literatures.Then CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the keywords and citations.Results A total of 677 papers related to acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of infertility were published over the years.Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most paper.JIANG Duosheng,TIAN Liying and ZHANG Yingchun published the most papers,but there was lack of inter-provincial cooperative research in general.Domestic research focused on polycystic ovary syndrome,ovulation disorders,endometrial receptivity.Conclusion In recent years,the research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of infertility has developed rapidly in China,but clinical research is the mainstay,and basic research needs to be further improved.
