摘　　要：功能性腹痛是学龄期儿童的常见疾病,也是中医药优势病种之一。张涤教授根据多年临床经验,结合小儿生理病理特点,认为儿童功能性腹痛的病因主要为寒邪,病机多为寒凝气滞,兼有饮食积滞、胃肠积热、瘀血内阻或痰瘀互结等,以健脾温中、行气止痛为基本治法,遵循固本扶正、攻补兼施、未病先防的治疗原则,常用小茴香、山药、茯苓、白芍、砂仁、芡实等药。临床上审证求因,随证加减,疗效显著。Functional abdominal pain is a common disease in school-age children,and it is also one of the dominant diseases treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Based on many years of clinical experience and the pathophysiological characteristics of children,Professor ZHANG Di believes that the cause of functional abdominal pain in children is mainly cold evil,and the pathogenesis is mostly cold coagulation and Qi stagnation.There are also food and fluid stagnation,gastrointestinal heat accumulation,internal block of blood stasis or intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,and the method of invigorating the spleen and warming the middle and promoting Qi circulation to stop pain is the treatment method.It follows the principles of strengthening and consolidating body resistance,tonification and purgation in combination,and prevention before disease.Fructus Foeniculi,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Fructus Amomi Villosi,Semen Euryales were usually used.It is clinically differentiating syndrome to identify cause,and the effect is significant with the addition and subtraction according to syndromes.
