摘  要:试验研究饲喂不同水平蛋氨酸饲粮的鸡血清对鸡下丘脑NPY和AgRp mRNA表达的影响。3个处理组的鸡分别饲喂高、中、低3种水平蛋氨酸饲粮9周。结果表明:饲喂不同水平蛋氨酸饲粮鸡血清对鸡下丘脑NPY mRNA表达影响显著,其中公鸡低水平组极显著高于高水平组,中水平组显著高于高水平组,中水平与低水平组之间无显著性差异;母鸡低水平组显著高于中水平组,高水平组与中水平组无显著性差异。3个处理组之间公鸡下丘脑AgRp mRNA表达低水平组极显著高于高水平组,显著高于中水平组,高水平组与中水平组之间无显著性差异;母鸡与公鸡表达结果一致。饲喂不同水平蛋氨酸饲粮的鸡血清对鸡下丘脑神经元NPY和AgRp mRNA表达均有显著影响。The test studied the effect of chicken serum fed with different levels of methionine on expression of NPY and AgRp mRNA in the hypothalamus of chicken.Chickens in the three groups were respectively fed with high,medium or low methionine diet for nine weeks.The results showed that the NPY expression in hypothalamus was significant effect on feeding chicken serum with different levels of methionine,among the three level of roosters,the low-level group was extremely significantly higher than the high-level group,the middle-level group was significantly higher than the high-level group,and there was no significant difference between the middle-level group and the low-level groups.The hen low-level group was significantly higher than the middle-level group,and there was no significant difference between the high-level group and the middle-level group.The hypothalamic AgRp mRNA expression level of the rooster in the three treatment group was significantly higher than that of the middle-level group,and there was no significant difference between the high-level group and the middle-level group.The results of hens and roosters are consistent.The conclusion of the study was that the chicken with different methionnine levels had a significant effect on NPY and AgRp mRNA expression in hypothalamic neurons.
