摘  要:试验研究丁酸梭菌对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和肠道菌群的影响。试验1组为不添加丁酸梭菌的空白对照组,试验2组、3组、4组分别添加浓度1×106、5×106、10×106 CFU/g的丁酸梭菌菌粉。结果显示,饲喂42 d后,试验2组、3组、4组的海兰褐蛋鸡的产蛋率显著增高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05),死淘率也明显降低(P<0.05)。在蛋品质方面,试验3组和4组显著提高了蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),试验2组、3组、4组也明显提高了蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),但各组之间的蛋重无明显差异(P>0.05)。在肠道微生物变化方面,试验2组、3组、4组显著提高了蛋鸡盲肠食糜中乳酸菌的数量(P<0.05),同时显著降低了大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。说明丁酸梭菌能够提高海兰褐蛋鸡的生产性能及蛋品质,促进肠道健康。The test studied the effect of Clostridium butyricum on the production performance,egg quality and intestinal flora of Hailan brown laying hens.Test 1 group was a blank control group without Clostridium butyricum.Test 2,3,4 groups were treated with Clostridium butyricum with the concentration of 1×106,5×106,10×106 CFU/g,respectively.After 42 days of feeding with Clostridium butyricum powder,it was found that the laying rate of Hailan brown laying hens in test 2,3 and 4 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),the feed-egg ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the mortality rate also decreased significantly(P<0.05).In terms of egg quality,the yolk color was significantly increased in test 3 and 4 groups(P<0.05),and the shell thickness was also significantly increased in test 2,3 and 4 groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in egg weight among the groups(P>0.05).In terms of intestinal microbial changes,the number of lactic acid bacteria in cecum chyme of laying hens was significantly increased(P<0.05)and the number of Escherichia coli was significantly decreased(P<0.05)in test 2,3 and 4 groups.The test indicated that Clostridium butyricum could improve the production performance and egg quality of Hailan brown laying hens and promote intestinal health.
