高效液相色谱法测定饲料添加剂包膜γ-氨基丁酸的含量

摘  要:试验建立高效液相色谱法测定饲料添加剂γ-氨基丁酸的含量。色谱柱:博纳艾杰尔,Venusil MP C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:0.1%磷酸水溶液:乙腈=90:10,进样量10μL,检测波长210 nm;流速0.5 mL/min。结果显示:γ-氨基丁酸在0.1~1.6 g/L的检测浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.99997),最低定量限为1.5μg。试验建立的分析方法操作准确、灵敏度较高,具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为饲料添加剂包膜γ-氨基丁酸的质量控制方法。The test established a HPLC method for the determination of gamma-aminobutyric acid.The chromatographic conditions were chromatographic column.Chromatographic column was Venusil MP C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)made by Agela Technologies,mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid solution:acetonitrile=90:10,sample volume was 10μL,detection wavelength was 210 nm,and flow rate was 0.5 mL/min.The results showed that:gamma-aminobutyric acid showed a good linear relationship(r=0.99997)within the detection concentration range of 0.1~1.6 g/L,and the minimum quantitative limit was 1.5μg.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for quality control of gamma-aminobutyric acid.
