摘  要:登革热属于中医学"瘟疫"范畴,是以蚊媒为传播途径,由登革病毒引起的一种急性传染病。本文从云南登革热中医病因病机特点进行分析,认为发病初始,卫气同病并呈气热逼营之势为病情加重的启动机制;湿遏少阳是热势缠绵成"双峰"热型的关键病机;毒热弥漫三焦,入营动血而致络损血瘀水滞是导致脏器脏真受损,病情恶化的核心病理机制。Dengue fever belongs to the category of "plague" in traditional Chinese medicine. It is an acute infectious disease caused by dengue virus and transmitted by mosquito vectors. Based on the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of dengue fever in Yunnan,this paper considers that the hyperactivity of yingfen due to the heating of qifen induced by simultaneous syndromes on both weifen and qifen at the initial stage of dengue fever are the starting mechanism of its aggravation. Dampness obstruction of Shaoyang is the key pathogenesis of heat potential presenting double-peak heat. Toxic heat diffusing in Sanjiao enters yingfen and stimulating xuefen,resulting in collateral dysfunction,blood stasis and water stagnation are the core pathological mechanism that leads to viscera damage and disease aggravation.
