摘  要:为了研究不同玉米品种对串珠镰刀菌病原菌抗性,选取7个玉米品种,用串珠镰刀菌病原菌供试验品种接种,以测定发芽、幼苗生长试验和抗性情况.采用WinRHIZO根系分析软件测定玉米幼苗根系长度、次生根长度、表面积、根系平均直径等形态指标.结果表明:病原菌接种后玉米根总长、次生根长度等有不同程度地降低,随着发病时间增加,病情也会增加.病菌侵染后的病情发病率由大到小排序结果为:泽玉8911>迪卡653>新单61>登海662>郑单958>先玉335>新单65.In order to study the resistance of different maize varieties to Fusarium moniliforme,7 maize varieties were selected in this test.The Fusarium moniliforme were used to inoculate the test varieties to determine the germination,seedling growth test and resistance.The morphological indexes such as root length,secondary root length,surface area and root diameter were determined by WinRHIZO software.The results showed that the total root length and secondary root length of maize were decreased after inoculation,and the disease increased with the increase of onset time.According to the infection of the bacteria,the disease is sorted in descending order.The results as follows:Zeyu 8911>Dika 653>Xindan61>Denghai 662>Zhengdan 958>Xianyu 335>Dika 653>Xindan 65.
