摘　　要：斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒是一种环境安全的生物农药,常用来田间防治斜纹夜蛾.从田间采集了两个斜纹夜蛾种群,其中一个种群在采集时即感染了病毒,并传染给了室内饲养的其他种群,从染病试虫中分离病毒后,借助PCR鉴定了所染病毒为斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒.为了保证种群延续,探索了一套适合室内消除斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒的方法,为斜纹夜蛾的室内标准化饲养提供参考.Spodoptera litura Nucleopolyhedrovirus(SlNPV)is an environment friendly biopesticide and widely used to control S.litura.In this study,two S.litura populations were collected from fields and one population was found to be infected with virus and spread the virus to the other population in the lab.The virus was isolated and identified to be SlNPV by PCR from the infected larvae.To ensure the extending of S.litura population,a set of method was explored for the elimination of SlNPV in lab.The results provided useful reference for S.litura rearing.
