透明硅酮密封胶的性能研究

摘　　要：以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)为基胶,亲水型气相法白炭黑为补强填料,制备了透明硅酮密封胶。研究了不同黏度107硅橡胶和气相白炭黑的类型及添加量以及硅烷偶联剂对透明硅酮密封胶性能的影响。结果发现,不同黏度107硅橡胶对透明硅酮密封胶的挤出性、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率有较大的影响。气相白炭黑的类型对透明硅酮密封胶的外观、下垂度和拉伸强度影响很大。硅烷偶联剂的类型对透明硅酮密封胶的表干时间、力学性能有较大的影响。A transparent silicone sealant was prepared with α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethy lsiloxane(107 glue)as the base glue and hydrophilic fumed silica as the reinforcing filler.The types and additions of 107 silicone rubber and fumed silica with different viscosities and the effects of silane coupling agents on the properties of transparent silicone sealants were studied.lt was found that 107 silicone rubbers with different viscosities had a greater impact on the extrudability,tensile strength and elongation at break of transparent silicone sealants.The type of filmed silica has a great influence on the appearance,sag and tensile strength of transparent silicone sealants.The type of silane coupling agent has a great influence on the surface drying time and mechanical properties of transparent silicone sealants.
