高黏度聚醋酸乙烯胶粘钢琴肋木对琴声音色的影响分析

摘　　要：钢琴的发声主要来源与音板,为了增加音板的发音效果,将其背面粘接上肋木,其中所使用的胶粘剂是否会对琴声音色造成影响需要进行研究。于是文章选择性能较好的高黏度聚醋酸乙烯作为胶粘剂,然后通过主观判断法和客观判断法分析使用高黏度聚醋酸乙烯胶粘肋木的钢琴音色。结果表明,与普通的胶粘剂进行比较,使用高黏度聚醋酸乙烯有助于琴声音色更加的饱满。The main source of piano sound is the sound board.In order to increase the sound effect of the sound board,the back of the sound board is bonded to the rib wood.Whether the adhesive used will affect the sound color of the piano needs to be studied.Therefore,this paper chooses high viscosity polyvinyl acetate as the adhesive,and then analyzes the piano timbre with high viscosity polyvinyl acetate adhesive by subjective judgment and objective judgment.The results show that compared with the common adhesive,the use of high viscosity polyvinyl acetate is helpful to the fuller timbre of the piano.
