摘  要:运动意识逐步增强的现代社会,人们更多的开始选择户外运动的方式来锻炼健身。我国当前室外大气污染物主要是一些大气颗粒物,如果人体进行户外运动会对人体代谢机能产生较大的危害。文章旨在研究空气中大气颗粒物的污染与人体运动时各项机能的影响与变化,进而借助这些数据进行分析,找寻其规律。主要探索方法是运用运动人员为研究对象,利用运动者分别在中强度运动的状态前后,大气颗粒污染物对肺功能作用后其指标变化来研究,进而梳理出运动下大气颗粒污染物对于人体的影响分析,提出一些合理的运动建议和依据。With the increasing awareness of sports in modem society,people begin to choose outdoor sports to exercise and keep fit.At present,the outdoor air pollutants in China are mainly some atmospheric particulate matter.If the human body performs outdoor sports,it will cause greater harm to the human metabolic fiinction.The purpose of this paper is to study the pollution of atmospheric particles in the air and the influence and change of various functions during human movement,and then to analyze these data to find the rules.Main exploration method is to use sports personnel as the research object,using the activists in the strength before,during and after the movement state of atmospheric particle pollution effect on lung function changes after the index to study,to tease out under the effects of atmospheric particle pollution on the human body movement,put forward some reasonable sports suggestions and basis.
