摘 要:为了避免出现毒跑道事件,选取区域中的6所学校对塑胶跑道材料中的TDI含量应用GC-MS法进行检测,先应用甲苯二异氰酸酯对GC-MS法的检测精度进行分析,确定丙酮萃取的最佳时间,绘制了2,4-TDI标准曲线,实验结果表明:应用GC-MS法检测游离TDI的结构与质量精确度较高,本次选取的6所学校的塑胶跑道样品TDI含量在2.83~4.26mg·kg-1,满足了国家标准,但是没有达到地方的严格标准。相关学校在建设塑胶跑道过程中应该对其加强有害物质的监测。In order to avoid the occurrence of toxic runway events,6 schools in the region were selected to detect TDI in plastic runway materials by GC-MS.firstly,toluene diisocyanate was used to analyze the detection accuracy of GC-MS method to determine acetone.The best time for acetone extraction,and draw 2,4-TDI standard curve,the experimental results show that:the structure and quality accuracy of free TDI detected by GC-MS method have high accuracy.The TDI content of the six selected schools'plastic runway samples is 2.83-4.26mg·kg^-1 which meets the national standards,but does not meet the local strict standards.Relevant schools should strengthen the monitoring of harmful substances in the process of building plastic runway.
