我国独立学院大学生就业问题及对策探究

摘　　要：独立学院是我国高等教育的时代产物,其产生背景,运营模式、人才培养方式都有其特点,对我国高等教育的发展有着重要意义。近年来,其就业问题被社会各界高度重视,文中分析独立学院毕业生在就业中突出存在的供给和需求之间存在的矛盾,人才培养特色不够鲜明,就业工作机制不健全,就业指导缺乏针对性和就业期望理想化等问题,并就这些问题产生的社会因素、高校因素和家庭因素进行深度剖析。结合问题,提出调整办学理念、优化专业结构和课程设置、加强创业教育,以及提升就业指导服务水平等途径作为解决问题的对策,以此不断提升办学水平和就业质量。The employment of college students has always been the spotlight in society.independent college as an important educational force in our country’s higher education,the graduate employment problem is increasingly attracting the attention of the society from all walks of life.This paper based on the case,analyzes the problems existing in the independent college students’ employment and it’s reasons.by discussing to adjust the educational philosophy,optimize the professional structure and course setting,strengthen entrepreneurship education,and hoist the level of employment guidance service and so on.so as to effectively improve the employment’s quality of independent college graduates.
