摘　　要：为了有效应对新冠肺炎疫情冲击,推动苹果产业稳定健康发展,产业经济研究室基于987名苹果相产业者的调研数据,从生产、储藏和销售环节系统分析新冠肺炎疫情对苹果产业发展的影响。研究表明:在苹果生产环节对农资、劳动力、苗木供给和果园管理影响较大;在储藏环节涉果企业复工难,贮藏苹果出库率较去年同期大幅下降,贮藏企业、果农面临亏损风险;在苹果销售环节终端市场消费低迷、价格呈低走态势。In order to effectively respond to the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic and stably promote the healthy development of the apple industry,this paper systematically analyzes the Impact of the epidemic on the apple industry from three links:production,storage and sales,which is based on micro-survey data from 987 apple industry stakeholders.The research shows that:in the production link,it has large influence on agricultural resources,labor,seedling supply and orchard management.In the processing and storage link,it is difficult for apple companies to resume work.The storage rate of stored apples has dropped significantly compared to the same period last year.And companies and farmers are at great risk of losses.In the apple sales link,the end-market consumption is sluggish,and the price is low.
