摘  要:为研究战斗减员规律,指导卫勤保障筹划,系统梳理了战斗减员相关研究的发展脉络,明确了待回答的关键问题。基于兰彻斯特方程原理构建了战斗减员过程的系统动力学模型,并分析了模型结论与历史经验的一致性;进一步构建了战斗减员过程的多智能体仿真模型,并分析对比了两类模型的优劣。主要结论为,战斗减员的理论模型结论与历史经验数据是相对一致的,多智能体模型相较于系统动力学模型,更适于战术层面小规模分队的组织行为研究。In order to study the law of the combat personnel attrition and guide the military medical logistics support, the relevant researches are systematically sorted out and the key questions are clarified. Based on Lanchester equation theory, a system dynamics model of the combat attrition process is established, and the consistency between the model conclusion and the historical experience is analyzed. A multi-agent model of the combat attrition process is also constructed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two models are analyzed. The main conclusion is that the theoretical model’s outcomes of combat attrition are relatively consistent with the historical experience data. Compared with the system dynamics model, the multi-agent model is more suitable for the organizational behavior research on the small tactical teams.
