摘 要:粮食事关国运民生,粮食安全是国家安全的重要基础。本文基于江苏省13个地级市2004—2018年的面板数据,运用扩展C-D生产函数对江苏省粮食生产的主要影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,粮食种植面积对江苏省粮食生产的影响最为显著,农用机械总动力、化肥施用量对粮食生产有一定正向影响。进一步分析各影响因素对江苏省粮食生产增长的贡献率可知,粮食播种面积对粮食生产的贡献最大,农用机械总动力与技术进步对粮食生产也有较大贡献,而化肥施用量对粮食生产的贡献最小。本文根据结论提出了促进江苏省粮食产业高质量发展的建议。Food matters to the people’s livelihood,and food security is an important foundation of national security. Based on the panel data of 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province from 2004 to 2018,the article uses an extended C-D production function to conduct an empirical analysis of the main factors affecting grain production in Jiangsu Province.The results show that the area of grain planting has the most significant impact on grain production in Jiangsu,and the total power of agricultural machinery and the amount of fertilizer applied have a positive impact on grain production.Further analysis of the contribution rate of various influencing factors to the growth of Jiangsu’s grain production shows that the area sown by grain contributes the most to grain production,the total power of agricultural machinery and technological progress also make a greater contribution,and the contribution of chemical fertilizer application is the smallest.Then, based on the conclusions,suggestions are put forward to promote the high-quality development of Jiangsu’s grain industry.
