摘　　要：目前电子文献资源取代以往的纸质文献资源成为主要学术信息流通媒介。基于此,日本国立情报学研究所为了更好地为未来的学术研究提供支持,决定重新构建以NACSIS-CAT/ILL为基础的学术信息流通框架。文章在梳理新一代NACSIS-CAT/ILL联合目录系统构筑过程的基础上,考察其在2020年将发生的重大变革。研究表明,新一代NACSIS-CAT/ILL联合目录系统通过衔接外部数据及服务、自动识别聚类并列书目、自动创建责任者名称规范字段等措施优化编目流程,在大幅度减轻编目工作压力的同时为用户提供资源获取的最短路径。Recently,electronic literature sourcing has replaced paper literature sourcing coming to be the main academic information communicating media.Due to this,to better support future academic research,the National Institute of Information Science of Japan decided to rebuild its academic information circulation framework based on NACSIS-CAT/ILL.On the bases of sorting out the construction process of the new generation of NACSIS-CAT/ILL Union Catalog,this paper elaborates the major changes that will occur in 2020.The cataloging process is optimized by connecting external data and services,automatic identification and grouping of parallel bibliographic data,automatic linking of the name authority field,etc.The burden of cataloging will be reduced while providing users with access shortest path to resources.
