摘 要:激光熔覆能改善基体材料表面的耐磨、耐热和耐腐蚀等力学及化学性能,可以延长工件的使用寿命,节约经济成本。现阶段对于燃气轮机叶轮、叶片的修复工艺有很多,各有优缺点。从工程应用的角度考虑,研究了激光熔覆功率对熔覆层表面形貌及稀释率的影响,并分析了其金相组织。实验结果表明,在只考虑激光功率,而其它工艺参数不变的情况下,熔覆层宽度和高度随激光功率的增大而增大,稀释率随激光功率的增大亦增大,并且当能量密度在8.49 kJ/cm^2~10.62 kJ/cm^2时,金相组织致密,无裂纹、气孔等缺陷,可应用于实际工件修复中。Laser cladding can improve the mechanical and chemical properties such as wear resistance,heat resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface of the base material,which can prolong the service life of the workpiece and save economic costs.At present,there are many repair processes for gas turbine impellers and blades,each with advantages and disadvantages.In this paper,the effects of laser cladding power on the surface morphology and dilution rate of the cladding layer were studied from the perspective of engineering application,and the metallographic structure was analyzed.The experimental results show that the width and height of the cladding layer increase with the increase of laser power,and the dilution rate increases with the increase of laser power,and only when the laser power is considered and the other process parameters are unchanged.When the energy density is 8.49kJ/cm^2~10.62kJ/cm^2,the metallographic structure is dense,and there are no defects such as cracks and pores,which can be applied to the actual workpiece repair.
