摘 要:目的探讨T1加权可变聚集角各向同性容积采集(T1-VISTA)在面神经颅内段成像的临床应用价值.方法采用3.0T MR对20例健康志愿者行颅内段面神经扫描,分别用3种序列即三维快速自旋回波(3D-TSE)、时间飞跃磁共振血管成像(TOF-MRA)和T1-VISTA扫描;采集获得图像由2位放射科高年资医师参照格氏解剖学图谱进行评价分析,采用计数资料χ^2检验,P<0.05认为显示差异有统计学意义.结果3D-TSE和TOF-MRA采集χ^2值0.2345,P=0.9718,差异无统计学意义,T1-VISTA采集与前2种比较,P值为0,差异均有统计学意义.结论T1-VISTA能较好显示面神经颅内段,可替代3D-TSE序列作为面神经颅内段MRI的常规扫描序列.Objective To study the clinical value of T-VISTA in intracranial imaging of facial nerve.Methods The facial nerve of 20 healthy volunteers were scanned by 3.0T MR,including 3D TSE,TOF-MRA and T-VISTA.Images were analyzed by 2 experienced radiologists based on the Gray's anatomy atlas.Chi-squared test was applied to identify the score differences among the three ways.P<0.05 was considered stsistically significant dffereces.Results There was no significantly statistical dflrerence between TOF-MRA and 3D-TSE(X^2=0.2345,P=0.9718).T-VISTA had significantly statistical difference in displaying different segments of intracranial facial nerve(P=0)when compared with TOF-MRA and 3D TSE.Conclusion T-VISTA could show intracranial segments of facial nerve better.It could replace 3D-TSE as conventional sequence of demonstrating intracranial part of facial nerve.
