摘　　要：东盟国家一直在努力推动区域全面经济伙伴关系(RCEP)的谈判,因为RCEP—旦建成,将会是世界上最大的自由贸易协定(FTA)。2019年11月4日,在泰国曼谷召开的第三届RCEP峰会上展开了最新一轮谈判。会谈中,16个国家中有15个国家完成了基于文本的谈判,预计RCEP将在2020年完成正式签署。The Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN)has been pursuing the finalization of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)in what is set to be the world’s largest free trade agreement(FTA).The latest rounds of negotiations were held on November 4,2019,at the third RCEP Summit in Bangkok.During these recent talks,15 out of the 16 nations involved concluded“text-based”negotiations,with a formal signing expected to be completed in 2020.
