摘 要:海上浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)上的大型液化石油气储罐具有储存的介质易燃、易挥发,储存量大,晃动幅度大等特点,其设计与校核目前没有专用的标准和方法。针对南海某FPSO上的大型液化石油气储罐进行机械设计研究,解决液化石油气储罐的壁厚、多鞍座和破波浪板等设计难点问题。建立有限元模型对各个工况下液化石油气储罐及其结构进行强度校核,同时建立计算流体力学模型对液化石油气储罐的晃动情况进行模拟。强度校核和数值模拟结果表明,液化石油气储罐本体、内部加强圈以及鞍座等结构的设计满足各种工况条件的要求,在储罐罐内增加破波浪板后能够有效抑制罐体内液体的晃动,降低液体对罐体的冲击与压强,确保液化石油气储罐在FPSO上的使用安全。The medium stores in the large-scale liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)storage tank on the offshore floating production storage and offloading(FPSO)is flammable,volatile,with a large storage capacity and shaking range.There is no special standard or regulation to design the LPG tanks on FPSOs at present.Based on the LPG storage tanks on one FPSO in South China Sea,the study of mechanical design of LPG storage tanks was carried out and the issues of wall thickness,reinforcing rings,multi-saddles and wave breaking plates were solved.A finite element model was established to check the strength of the LPG storage tank and its structure under various operating conditions,and a computational fluid dynamics model was established to simulate the sloshing of the LPG storage tank.The results show that the design of the structure of the LPG tank body,internal reinforcement ring and saddle meets the requirements of various conditions.The addition of a wave breaking plate in the tank can effectively suppress the sloshing of the liquid in the tank and reduce the impact of the liquid on the tank,ensures the operation safety.
