摘 要:本文以磺化后的巯基丙酸作为链转移剂,按照聚醚大单体(TPEG),丙烯酸(AA)摩尔比为n(TPEG)∶n(AA)=1∶3.21,常温合成聚羧酸减水剂,并进行性能测试及对比试验。试验研究结果表明,磺化巯基丙酸合成聚羧酸减水剂的适当掺量范围是TPEG质量的0.64%~0.68%,当0.66%掺量时,合成的聚羧酸减水剂减水、保坍等性能效果最优。In this paper,sulfonated mercaptopropionic acid was used as chain transfer agent,and the molar ratio of polyether monomer(TPEG)and acrylic acid(AA)was n(TPEG)∶n(AA)=1∶3.21,poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent was synthesized at room temperature.The results showed that the appropriate dosage range of sulphonated mercaptopropionic acid synthesis poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent was 0.64%to 0.68%of the mass of TPEG.When the dosage was 0.66%,the synthetic poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent had the best performance in reducing water and retaining slump.
