摘  要:选取总监理工程师为评价对象,结合自管模式下监理工作的特点,制定评价指标的"三重筛选模型",建构包括项目管理绩效反映个人职业信用贡献度和个人职业道德反映个人职业信用贡献度的职业信用评价体系,借助问卷调查,运用SPSS20.0分析得出:总监理工程师职业道德评价包括诚信履约、忠诚敬业、廉洁自律和公正开明4个特征因子。研究能够提高监理人员的诚信能力,并使监理职能得到充分发挥,为促进我国监理工作的繁荣和稳步发展奠定基础。This paper choose the chief supervision engineer for the evaluation of the most representative objects. Combined with the characteristics of self-management mode of supervision, the evaluation indicators "triple screening model" was developed. The chief supervisors professional credit evaluation system is built. The system included two parts, which were the project management performance reflects the individual’s career contribution credit and personal ethics reflect personal and professional credit. Personal ethics of the chief supervision engineer was surveyed. By using SPSS20.0 software, factors of the chief supervision engineer were summarized as integrity compliance, loyalty, self-discipline and open-minded. Through the research, this paper expects to improve the integrity of chief supervision engineer, and the functions of supervision are brought into full play. Then, lays the foundation for the promotion of prosperity and steady development of China’s work of supervision.
