帕金森病合并抑郁患者的临床特点及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨帕金森病合并抑郁患者临床特点及相关因素。方法随机选择2017年8月-2019年8月本院收治的60例帕金森病患者作为试验研究对象,根据其合并抑郁发生率将其分为不合并抑郁的对照组和合并抑郁的观察组各30例。通过观察两组患者抑郁量表评分、运动功能、病程等相关因素进行比较,对帕金森病合并抑郁患者临床特点及相关因素进行分析探讨。结果观察组患者抑郁评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者起病年龄轻、受教育程度低,病程较长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别、年龄差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕金森病合并抑郁患者临床特点为认知力障碍、睡眠障碍、强迫症状、自卑感、躯体化焦虑等,其相关因素包括患者起病年龄、病程时间等。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and related factors of patients with Parkinson’s disease and depression.Methods 60 patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly selected as the experimental subjects.According to the incidence of depression,they were divided into the control group without depression and the observation group with depression,30 cases each.The clinical characteristics and related factors of patients with Parkinson’s disease and depression were analyzed by comparing the Depression Scale score,motor function,course of disease and other related factors.Results The depression score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the age of onset of the observation group was young,the education level was low,the course of disease was long,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the gender and age differences did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical characteristics of PD patients with depression are cognitive disorder,sleep disorder,obsessivecompulsive symptoms,inferiority complex,Somatized anxiety and other related factors,including the age of onset,duration of disease and so on.
