人性化护理在轻度脑外伤手术中的患者应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析人性化护理在轻度脑外伤手术中的患者应用价值。方法2018年1月-2019年12月于我科接受手术治疗的72例轻度脑外伤患者为观察对象,奇偶法分组,对照组(常规护理)35例,试验组(人性化护理)37例,分析应用价值。结果护理后,两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均有所下降,且试验组患者HAMA、HAMD评分更低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论轻度脑外伤手术患者行人性化护理可达到理想的应用价值,对于情绪的改善、生活质量的提升价值显著。Objective To analyze the value of humanized nursing in patients with mild traumatic brain injury.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,72 patients with mild traumatic brain injury who received surgical treatment in our department were enrolled.According to the odd even method,there were 35 cases in the control group(conventional nursing)and 37 cases in the experimental group(humanized nursing),and the application value was analyzed.Results After the nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were decreased,and the HAMA and HAMD scores of the experimental group were lower,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing of patients with mild traumatic brain injury can achieve the ideal application value,and the value of improving the mood and improving the quality of life is significant.
