摘　　要：对用户需求和行为数据进行分析,从用户需求、内容偏向、页面价值和来源网站四个方面对网站建设提出建议,进而有效提高网页页面价值。前期对内地学生和国际留学生进行问卷调查获取用户需求,后期通过独立的统计系统和借助第三方统计工具抽取上线使用中的用户行为数据,将用户需求和信息接触行为结果数据相结合,对比验证分析。通过前后数据分析,发现不同用户角色需求差异较大;读者对于资源、服务的使用具有一定偏向性;访问来源比较集中;网站层级不宜超过三级。[Purpose/Significance]The paper analyzes user needs and behavioral data,and makes recommendations to website construction from four aspects:user needs,content bias,page value and source website,so as to effectively improve the value of web pages.[Method/Process]In the early stage,a questionnaire survey was conducted among mainland students and international students to obtain user needs.Later,through independent statistical systems and third-party statistical tools,the paper extracts user behavior data in online use and combines the user needs and information contact behavior data to compare and verify the analysis.[Result/Conclusion]Through data analysis,it is found that the needs of different user roles are quite different;readers have certain bias towards the use of resources and services;the sources of access are relatively concentrated;the level of websites should not exceed three levels.
