摘　　要：福州市是台湾渔业资金和技术向外转移的承接地之一 ,加入 WTO后 ,双方交流与合作的机会增多 ,福州市要创造宽松有序环境 ,拓展产业合作领域 ,积极开展渔业科技合作 ,使两地渔业向更为广泛、更高层次迈进。Fuzhou is one of the places where funds and technology of Taiwan fishery are transferred After joining in WTO,the chances of exchange and cooperation between Fuzhou and Taiwan are becoming more Fuzhou must create a wide and orderly environment and open up industry cooperative field, develop fishery technical cooperation positively, in order to make both sides fishery go forward more wide and higher level
