摘　　要：介绍了涨型机的工作原理,包括涨型参数、夹持机构自由度分析、涨型过程分析以及各点运动方程。以某牵引电机线圈为例,利用所分析的涨型理论制造出了符合图纸要求的线圈。根据运动方程绘制出的各点运动轨迹与现场观察到的涨型机各夹持机构的运动轨迹比较,得到完全相同的结果。Working principle including the expansion process parameters,analysis on freedom degree of the clamp fixture,analysis on the expansion process and the motion equations at each point is introduced.Taking the coil of certain traction motor as an example,the coil to fit with the requirement is manufactured by means of the ana-lyzed expansion process theory,and then,the motion track at each point is drawn based upon the motion equations.The drawn motion track is compared with the site-observed motion track of cach clamp fixture of the expansion process machine,achieving the same comparison results.
