摘  要:采用光学金相显微镜、电子万能力学试验机、抗下垂试验等测试手段,研究了中间退火、冷轧压下率对3003铝合金薄板和箔材组织及钎焊抗下垂性能的影响.结果表明:3003铝合金H14态薄板的再结晶晶粒尺寸明显大于H18态薄板的再结晶晶粒,且350℃以上温度退火,强度变化不大;冷轧压下率较小时,随着压下率增加晶粒尺寸迅速减小,压下率40%以上时,随着变形量增加,再结晶晶粒尺寸减幅不大;3003铝合金箔材钎焊后的晶粒尺寸随压下率的减小而显著增大,冷轧压下率为20%~25%时抗钎焊下垂性能最佳.The effects of intermediate annealing and cold rolling reduction on microstructure and sag resistance of 3003 aluminum alloy sheet and foil were studied by means of optical metallographic microscope,electronic universal testing machine and sag test.The results show that the grain size of 3003-H14 aluminum alloy sheet is obviously larger than that of H18-state sheet,and the strength of 3003 aluminum alloy sheet annealed above 350℃ changes little.When the cold rolling reduction is smaller,the grain size decreases rapidly with the increase of reduction.When reduction exceeds 40%,the recrystallized grain size decreases slightly with the increase of reduction.The grain size of 3003 aluminum alloy foil after brazing increases significantly with the decrease of reduction,and the brazing sag resistance is the best when the cold rolling reduction is 20%-25%.
