摘　　要：以云南省保山坝为研究区域,从水资源总量和水资源质量两个方面分析了保山坝水生态现状,并对保山坝水生态文明建设的必要性进行了分析;研究表明保山坝属于严重缺水地区,水环境质量恶化迅速,亟需进行水生态文明建设,提出保山坝水生态文明建设近期方案和远期规划。The construction of water ecological civilization is an important measure to actively protect nature in order to promote the sustainable development of human society.This paper analyzes the present situation of water ecology of Baoshan city from two aspects:total water resources and water resources quality,and analyzes the necessity of the construction of water ecological civilization of Baoshan city.The research shows that Baoshan city belongs to the serious water shortage area,the water environment quality deteriorates rapidly,and the construction of water ecological civilization is urgently needed.Based on the forecast and analysis of water resources supply and demand of Baoshan city,this paper puts forward the short-term plan and long-term plan of the ecological civilization construction scheme of Baoshan city to meet the sustainable development of the area’s social economy.
