摘  要:研究了碲化铋(Bi2Te3)掺入方式(整掺、梯度整掺、梯度层掺)对碳纤维(CF)水泥基复合材料热电性能的影响,并观察了Bi2Te3和CF增强组分的微观形貌和分布情况。结果表明,整掺Bi2Te3可以改善CF水泥基复合材料的热电性能,梯度整掺比整掺的改善效果好,梯度层掺改善效果最好;当Bi2Te3掺量为0.5%时,梯度层掺时的Seebeck系数达到最优值32.7μV/℃。Three kinds of Bi2Te3 doping methods(direct doping, gradient doping and gradient layer doping) were adopted to study the conductivity and thermoelectric properties of carbon fiber cement-based composites, and the microstructure and distribution of Bi2Te3 and carbon fiber reinforced components were observed. The results show that the content of Bi2Te3 is proportional to the conductivity of the cement-based composites by means of direct doping, and the effect of gradient doping is better than that of direct doping, and the method of gradient layer doping is the best. When the content of Bi2Te3 is 0.5%, the Seebeck coefficient of the gradient layer doping reaches the optimal value of 32.7 μV/℃.
